77b7 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Member Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and 77b7 (the "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 77b7.io and all associated services, features, content, and applications offered therein.

By completing the registration process on the 77b7 platform, clicking "I agree" during account setup, or by otherwise accessing or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all Members regardless of the device used to access the platform — including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets — and regardless of the connectivity method (mobile data, broadband, or Wi-Fi). Access to 77b7 via any network or device across Bangladesh is subject to these same Terms.

77b7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. 2.1 Age Requirement. The 77b7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is illegal for minors to participate in online gambling. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 77b7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 77b7 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, a shared device, or through third-party assistance — is a serious breach of these Terms. 77b7 will permanently close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any funds contained in them pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC). 77b7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) principles. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any stage of your membership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in account closure: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using mathematical staking strategies (such as arbitrage or low-risk combination betting) designed specifically to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; or any other activity that 77b7 determines to be an exploitation of promotional offers.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 77b7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Member's account and for which wagering has commenced in good faith will not be removed retroactively except in cases of suspected abuse.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on the 77b7 platform are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 77b7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event's result is known, bets that exploit pricing errors, or bets that exceed the applicable limits for the event or market in question.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, software fault, or manifest pricing error, 77b7 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's account. This applies to sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and all other game types available on the platform. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable.

6.3 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes and may be suspended or settled at any point during an event. Bets accepted during a live event are binding at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. 77b7 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market.

6.4 Game Outcomes. 10.4 Consequential Losses. 77b7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or emotional distress, even if 77b7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Amendments. 77b7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 77b7 will notify Members by email to the address registered to their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11.2 Account Termination by Member. You may close your 77b7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Accounts may not be closed while a withdrawal is pending or while an active investigation is underway.
